Great customer service. I called from another state to deliver flowers to a friend in Amarillo. They did a great job explaining the options, sizes and prices when my requests didn't have many details. She answered my questions well and the flowers were well received. Would recommend.

Show up at my dad funeral and realized the flowers wasn’t enough, so I called Scott’s flowers and told them I only have an hour until the funeral start. They have them sent in right on time and I’m surprised it was so beautiful and huge for such a short amount of time. We all much appreciated, And couldn’t thanks enough!!

Wow!!!! I thank you all so much so the amazing work you all did. It was a difficult time, but you are so kind and loving towards me and my daughter when we came in and thank you for that. Thank you for all that you did the flowers for my mom’s memorial service were more than beautiful.

I live in Abilene. My niece in Amarillo recommended Scott's Flowers. I knew when I called that I was talking to a real employee at a real Florist shop and not a disinterested phone salesperson not even at the shop location who wouldn't be able to answer basic questions. I hate getting a centralized online shipping florist. My order process was easy and my questions answered without the run around. The delivery was on time and correct. I was very happy with the experience.

I’ve bought flowers from Scott’s numerous times through the years. I don’t buy flowers from anyone else in town, they’re that good. Easy online ordering, prompt delivery, and the quality of flowers has always been top notch. Their delivery staff are so nice and polite. Lots of arrangements to choose from, you can’t go wrong with Scott’s.

Bought my honey a Valentines rose and astrometria bouquet on short notice, which still looks fresh a week later. Scott’s put together a beautiful, reasonably priced bouquet, and even improvised a nice travel box for me. My honey loves it, thanks Scott’s!
